Whether you spell it customized or customised, plenty of bakeries in Lahore describe themselves as custom but only let you pick a flavour and write a name on top. A genuinely customised cake means the shape, the structure, the colour palette, the finish and the decoration are all built around your brief — and that is what we do on every order.
Send us a reference photo from Instagram or Pinterest, a screenshot, or even a rough sketch on paper. Our decorators will tell you honestly what is achievable at your budget and weight, suggest changes where a design will not hold up structurally, and confirm the final look with you before we start baking.
Different designs need different techniques and different lead times. These are the styles we are asked for most in Lahore:
Custom cakes are priced per pound, and the decoration work is what moves the price rather than the sponge itself. A simple buttercream cake and a fully sculpted 3D cake at the same weight are very different amounts of labour. Use the table below as a starting point, then message us with your design for an exact quote.

Every custom design can be built on any of our fourteen flavours, grouped into three tiers. Most Demanded flavours are included at the standard per-pound price: Vanilla Caramel Crunch, Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla Toffee Crunch, Coffee Caramel Crunch and Oreo Cookies Vanilla.
Special flavours add Rs 300 per pound: Kit Kat, Cadbury, Bounty, Fruits and Pineapple Crunch. Premium flavours add Rs 400 per pound: Lotus Biscoff, Nutella, Pure Fudge Chocolate and Red Velvet.
Lead time depends entirely on the decoration, not the size. Booking early matters most in peak season — Eid weeks, the December–January wedding season, and Valentine's Day fill up first.
Message us on WhatsApp with your reference image, the date you need it, the weight you want and your delivery area. We will confirm feasibility and price, take a deposit to lock the slot, and share a photo of the finished cake before it leaves the bakery.
