Cake and Flowers Delivery in Lahore: Bundles, Prices and Timing

When someone wants to send cake and flowers, the usual approach is two orders from two shops, and two riders arriving forty minutes apart. A bundle solves that: the cake and the roses are prepared together and arrive together, which matters most when the delivery itself is the surprise.

The bundles

Roses on the cake, or a bouquet beside it

There are two ways to combine them. A bouquet travels beside the cake and is a gift in its own right; it lasts for days in water after the cake is gone. Roses on the cake are decoration: they make the cake look more generous in photographs, but they are not edible and come off before it is cut. If the flowers are the point, choose a bouquet. If the cake is the centrepiece, choose roses on top.

Timing a surprise

• Book a day ahead; around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day book earlier, because roses and delivery slots both run short
• The midnight slot runs from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM and should be booked a day in advance
• For a surprise, give your own phone number and tell us not to call the recipient ahead
• Settle the message for the cake when you order, not at the door

Sending it from abroad

Many cake-and-flowers orders come from family overseas, for a parent, a sibling or a spouse in Lahore. You can pay by international card and ask for a photo of the bundle before it leaves, so you see exactly what arrived without having to ask the person receiving it.

Delivery charges

Bundles are delivered across Lahore, with the charge set by distance: central areas such as Gulberg, Model Town and Garden Town cost least, DHA, Johar Town and Cantt sit in the standard band, and Bahria Town and Raiwind Road in the highest. Midnight slots carry an additional charge.
